Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3 working days. Working days are Monday – Friday.
Preorder dispatch times will vary and will be highlighted on the individual product pages.
If you order multiple products and one is a pre-order we will wait until all products are in stock before shipping your entire order.
If your order is time critical, please order ‘in stock’ items separately.
Please contact us as soon as possible to update your address. Please note we cannot be held liable for orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address.
Returns
Please inform us of your intention to return your product by contacting our Returns Department. Goods returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
- The product must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery
- The products must be returned in their original condition, including outer packaging and must be unused and in perfect saleable condition
- You should return the product at your own cost to our returns address. It is your responsibility that the product arrives safely to us, we strongly recommend that you return the product to us via recorded post such as Royal Mail Signed For
