Kuku E-File repairs cover manufacturing issues. It does NOT cover water damage, battery damage, mishandling, accidental damage and cleanliness issues. If your E-File is found to have suffered any of the mentioned issues, it will be returned as seen.

It is the customers sole responsibility to send the item to us once you have checked out. This is NOT a courier pick-up style service. We recommend sending to us first class, signed for as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged property. This will be up to you to discuss and claim with your chosen postage service.
In your package you MUST include
– Your full name used at the time of ordering
– Valid returns address
– Order number
– Email address
If this information is not included within the package, your repair will not be processed and your items will be held until further notice. You MUST include ALL components of your E-File within the package.
IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN THE *WITHIN WARRANTY* OPTION, AND YOUR ITEM IS OUTSIDE OF ITS 12 MONTH WARRANTY, YOUR E-FILE WILL BE HELD UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE.
Delivery charge is taken at the time of checkout to ensure the safe and tracked return of your item. Tracking numbers will be updated at the time of return.
Repairs are picked up by the team on a WEDNESDAY, and our ship back day is a FRIDAY. Excluding public and bank holidays and weekends. If your items are not received before 11am on a Wednesday, your item will not be collected and assessed until the following Wednesday. You agree to these terms by checking out under this option. If your items cannot be repaired, and are found to be at no fault of the customer you will be provided with a replacement.
